I am having problems at work... I am on the dial up
computer and can get to the internet... no one else at
their desk can... I dont know why

I did change the internet dial up password, is there
something I have to change at everyones computer?

Everyone could access the internet and all was working
fine before I made the change in my opinion. This is Win
2000... and do we have to be able to see this computer
before we can access the internet? And how would that
have changed if all I changed was the dial up password?

I am so confused. This comes after 16 hrs of getting the
computer back up and running after the virus...

Thanks

well, did you create new Dialup connection?
Anyway in both cases go to "Netwrok and Dial-up"
right-click the connection you want ot share,
go to "Sharing" tab and enable it for sahring.

Or you'll need a router (hardware) to do the routing for the other computers
to get on the internet, or you'll need some proxysoftware that enables other
computers to get there.
