LAN problems

I am having trouble getting my LAN to work with WIN95.
Is this common? Is there anything I should be aware of about doing this?

This is a Windows 2000 / XP group.
 
If "LAN" means WindowsServer2003, yes: it's common. You need some Client
software (So sorry I don't know the exact product: you may ask in some
"windows.server" group.

I installed Ethernet cards in my 2000 pro and Win95 computers, setting the
2000 to act as host. Win95 will not respond to anything. I'm stuck. Any help?

I saw no mention of that. Sorry. All I saw was "Win95".
