Lan network via serial link

Hello,

I have 2 computer connected by crossover link.
I want to make another network via serial link.
The second network is only for internet sharing.
So i will have 1 computer sharing his internet connection with 2 other.

PC 1 (XP, Internet) -------- Crossover -------- PC 2 (XP, Internet shared)

You could try some of the stuff in
http://www.taltech.com/TALtech_web/resources/tcpip.htm

Personally, I would be inclined to get a cheap hub and another
ethernet card & connect PC 2 & 3 to that.
This would reduce the complexity of using different media, eliminate
the overhead of the tcp/ip to serial convertion, and allow fast
connection between all three PCs.
