There's not much details in here - please provide more details if the
following suggestions don't help:
1. Make sure that the Network card has obtained an IP address (cmd prompt,
ipconfig /all).
Some switches don't initialize quickly (portfast enabled) and hence initial
DHCP requests don't reach the network - wait at least 5 minutes to see if
your machine does obtain an IP address.
2. Check the system event log on the machine - see what errors are
registered in there (look for event IDs registered after the current
reboot). One of those error messages may give you clues about what's wrong.
3. Try stopping the DNS Client service (set it to disabled or manual, then
reboot) and see if that resolves the issue.
