| It is good to hear from you again. Unfortunately, that was the first step

| tried to noavail. If you see my other post, I have this problem fixed by
| just re-installing the driver from the NIC package, instead of using the
| default NIC driver from Win2k3 CD. Now, I have the icon on the system tray
| and the NIC has been manually assigned with a static IP address.
