LAN file access

My group has a database on a shared server. We are all
accessing the database to make updates. When I try to open
the database I get the following error (I am using Access
XP Pro):
"Microsoft Access can not open this file.
This file is located outside your intranet or is on an
untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file
due to potential security problems."
I am able to access other files & folders on the drive
without any errors.
Other people in my group are using Access 2000 & are not
getting this message.
Does anyone know how I can open this file?
