I have been working on a simple LAN with two computers. I want to start over.
How can I delete the Local Area Connection definition I've created on each
computer? When I try to delete them I get a message saying it is prohibited.
Can I get around this?

Thanks.

Hi
There is No need to delete any thing. You can undo the sharing and the
current Sharing would disappear.
You can change the Name of the Network, rename the computers, and
reconfigure the TCP/IP stack if needed.

To delete the Local Area Connection, go to Device Manager and
un-install the network adapter that the Local Area Connection uses.
Then reboot the computer, which will re-install the network adapter
and create a new Local Area Connection.

However, I don't think that's necessary. You can simply configure the
existing Local Area Connection as desired.
