LAN Connection Sending, but not receiving

I've just completed the SP4 Updates and now I can no
longer access the net throught my lan connection on either
a wireless or plugged cable.

I've gone through all the troubleshooting suggested and
nothing seems to work.

Your asssistance is appreciated.
 
Maybe reinstall your network adapter drivings with the
latest you can get. Perhaps they aren't compatible with
SP4.
