I've a remote worker that has a VPN connection from her
Windows XP Home laptop to our Windows 2000 LAN.

The VPN connects OK and she appears in RRAS at the office
end. The problem is that her laptop doesn't browse the LAN
and can't access the servers on it.
I'd appreciate any guidance on how to get her laptop to
integrate fully.

Broadcast Name Resoultion or browsing are particularly troublesome
without access to a WINS or DNS server.

If you do have a WINS and/or DNS server at your office, make sure you
access the DHCP Relay Agent to your RRAS configuration, otherwise the
DNS and WINS information won't be properly passed on to the VPN
Clients. Windows 2000 Help covers the DHCP Relay Agent.
