Windows XP made MICROSOFT Good Customers buy all new
software for Office, Works, etc. Then they won't support
the problems because XP came with the software and their
none support of converts is not the computer
manufacturer's fault. Why won't Microsoft Listen to
realistic complains about poor support when we paid for
their products? They want more money to do their job!!!

what type of support problem are you having on Windows XP? Maybe someone
here can help you.

Dave,

If you are referring to the support of OEM releases of our products then
just contact the OEM for support.

If you are a retail customer you can get support as outlined at
http://support.microsoft.com/

This includes there peer support forums, online support from Microsoft and
direct support from Product Support Services.

Dell ALWAYS says "Call Microsoft".

We had a hardware compatibility issue with OEM XP Home on a Dell comp, and
after replacing all the parts they said this, and i quote "Contact Microsoft
as it is a problem whithin the OS"

Just incase you didnt know they did this.

I personally find all i need to know in places like this and on google and
the like.

Elijah;
Next time Dell refers you to Microsoft for what is clearly an OEM
issue, ask for a supervisor.

Or say they can have their shi**y computer back. DON'T BUY DELLS!
