(Lack of) Logic Behind EazyLook TV

Hi all

Just wondering why there's no "show summary" available for tv shows when
watching TV using the Ati Remote and EazyLook. It pulls the tv show name
from the Gemstar guide, so why the hell wouldn't it pull the show summary
as well and put it in the "details" screen (the one that shows the tv
rating, recording quality...)

Anyone have an idea?

I have no clue to what you are going through.

Over in my end I find the tv listings ok but as far as having
any real use I find them almost useless.

In this case it is hooked up to a Cable box and that means you get
"One" channel. The box has it's own remote that changes the channels
to output to channel 3 or 4. Channel 3 in my case.

So if I select one of the guide options to try and read the information.

Well guess what. Black video screen time.....

Too bad ATI in all these years has yet to offer support for people
with cable tv boxes.
