Lacie Universal Media Drive USB 2.0

My universal media drive works on computer with USB 1.0, but at computer at work with USB 2.0 only 3 of the 5 drives are recognized. This device is designed for USB 2.0, it is a small device that accepts five different types of memory cards. When installed at home five drive letters are recognized, and during the USB installation a warning pops up that device will work at a slower speed, but it works well
 
OK, here is what I did, and it worked! Disconnected 'c
on server', assigned 'c on server' to drive letter z:.
Rebooted.
