I have a spreadsheet with two columns that contain waypoint data
(latitudes/longitudes) and I chart this data as a scatter plot so that
I can view the waypoints spatially. I also have a column of data
which identifies the individual waypoints. I would like the data in
this third column
to be posted next to the symbol that identifies each x/y (lat/long)
location. It seems that I can post either the x or y value at each
point but not the value from a third column. Does someone have a
solution for this?

Thanks in advance. Robert.

Andy and Frank - Thanks for the info. I have download the .exe files
from appspro.com but haven't had a chance to implement them. I'm
guessing (hoping) they are zip files with some documentation included.
If I have any problems with the implementation I will certainly
re-post. Thanks again.

Never fear. It installs as an Excel add-in, and puts an item at the
bottom of the Tools menu called Chart Labels. It's pretty self-explanatory.
