Hi

I have a user that prints labels. All documents have a footer in th
page, we are trying to keep the footer there. But everytime she print
the labels, half is on one page and the other half on a different pag
because of the footer insertion. Can this be avoided

You should never put a header or footer in normal.dot for this very reason.
Use document templates with your footer and leave it out of normal.dot

Don't edit normal.dot, leave it completely blank. If you want to have a
document with standard H&Fs, create a template. See creating Templates - The
Basics at

Hi,

The user could be approaching the minimum margin setting of the printer.

You can also check the user's distance from edge in the File, Page Setup,
Layout tab.
