When printing off labels I gat a message when open the report stating that
there is not enough horizontal spacing etc etc how can I suppress this
message and stop it from showing everytime?

Access is trying to tell you something.
Fix your report width and the message will go away.
Evidently, the width of the print area, plus the width of the margins
is slightly larger than the width of the paper.
Make the label width a tad smaller, and readjust the column spacing.
