I am using Access 2000

I created a form "A" with Dept Name and Box # to be used
as a label on boxes for storing old documents to be
destroyed at a later date. I added a subform to Form A
that lists the contents and date to be destroyed. Some
forms have 1 line of contents other have 4 or 5 lines of
contents and dates to be destroyed.

Now I want to create a Label type Report to print the
label 4 times on one page. I must be having a senior
moment because this is not working. The contents are
going all over the page and not staying together. I have
created 1 page reports before from this type of Db and did
not have a problem. But it is not working this time. I
must be missing some little thing, but do not have any
idea of what. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Aurora,

Beware of any "can grows" in your controls and sections.
Also try altering the column setting to down then across
(page setup columns tab). I remember having some peculiar
problems something like you described and I think that is
the area that fixt it.

Thank you for your reply, but this did not work.
If I make the report a one page report using (3x5 card
size paper) Everything looks good. Except I can only get
one label per page. Why can't I print this label 4 times
on a page?

Thank you for trying to help - Aurora
