Labels

For the life of me I cannot get this to work! When I try to print to a generic text printer, Access does a page break after every label. I'm using 5/16 by 3.25 in labels. I tried reseting every thing I can find.. I've made my report the same size as the label but nothing seems to work!!! Help(?)
 
Do you mean it skips a label each time?
Do you have the settings on the printer correct? The correct paper size
(When I did this I had to set up a custom label size and set it to a
specific printer)
If you preview the label do you see more pages than you want?

If you are using Win 2K or XP, you need to create a new form for the
printer.
Start > Printers and Faxes > File > Server Properties > Forms
