labels report automatically reduced nos of labels per page -why?

I have an existing report for address labels, which has now changed and only
shows 15 labels per page when it has been doing 18 per page. It still shows
all the address, but misses the bottom 3 lables of every sheet.
Help
 
change the top and bottom margins -- I usually move the top
up a bit since printers can print closer to the top
