labels - references

I have recently upgraded to Access 2003 and am having trouble with labels. Answer to a previous question said - open module (???) in design view - go to Tools menu - click referneces. I don't see anything that says"refernces". Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
 
Brenda, press Ctrl+G.

That will take you to the Immediate window, and you can find References on
the Tools menu there.
