I have created several labels using labels wizard. They will print correctly when I make the labels they print properly but the next time I try to run the same item, the label size will have changed and they obviously don't print properly. I can sometimes open the same label several times with correct results but then one time I'll open it and it won't have the correct size info. I have tried saving it in design view and again before I close. I don't know what I'm doing wrong

Just a guess, but you might look into these KB articles....

Choosing a New Printer Resets Printer Settings

Height Property Setting of a Form or Report's Detail Section Is Ignored

Changing Printer Port Resets Printer Setup Information

Note: Don't let the "Applies To" list fool you (Access 2000)....the same issues may apply
to a later version of Access as well.

Which version of Access are you running, and have you installed the latest service packs?
