labels from one of my contact list

Actions->new letter to contact. Follow the wizard.

Then Outlook is the program for you. It has that capability. If you are
having difficulty with it, perhaps you should tell us what you are doing and
what the difficulty is. Be sure to mention your version and exact steps
you're using.
 
will work for a letter to one Contact, but might not do so well with a merge
to labels.
Tools > Mail Merge will get you started, though.
