1. How can I include the spouse's name when printing
labels from the Outlook Contact list?

2. How can I divide my contact list into "business"
and "personal"?

3. How can I sort my contacts into catagories such
as "Holiday Cards"?

1. How can I include the spouse's name when printing labels from the
Outlook Contact list?


Edit your merge document to add the Spouse's name at the appropriate place.

2. How can I divide my contact list into "business"
and "personal"?


Create categories for "business" and "personal" and assign each contact
to one or the other.
3. How can I sort my contacts into catagories such as "Holiday Cards"?


Same as #2. Categories are your friends. :)
