Labeling not following appointment invite

When I send an appointment invite to others in which I've labeled the appointment (color orange, say) the labeling doesn't show up on their calendar after they accept. Is there any way to have this occur

Quick background. We are a construction company and I've edited 2 lables: one for Bids and another for Meetings. When I send out an invite to others letting them know about a bid due date and time I want it colored orange so that at a glance they can see what the bid schedule is looking like for the upcomming days and plan their meetings (blue) accordingly.

Is Exchange your mail server?

It looks like Outlook is not sending the color label information with the
meeting request. The field is there on the incoming meeting request, but
it's always set to the default no color option.

You might want to fire off a request to (e-mail address removed) and
(e-mail address removed) to make this happen.

Sue

Have you had this problem or does this work for you? I've sent emails to both address you gave but have not heard back from them yet

I'm assuming that you don't know how to change the default no color option

Thanks

- Crai

If I knew a workaround, I would have offered it.
