Label question

I am creating a label document that is sorted in alphabetical order, how do I add a label that I left out without having to cut and paste each individual label?
 
There really is no easy way to do this, which is why we strongly urge you to
create labels using a mail merge. If you have set up your labels that way,
it is a simple matter to add a record to the data source and then merge the

Given Suzanne's recommendation, you would need to convert the existing
labels to text, create from them a data file, add your new record, then
re-merge using your new data file as a source. Follow the procedure at:
