We are using Access 97 and there is a label report that
works for a colleague with network printer X.
However, when I attempt to print it, it gives me the
following error message:
"The document was previously formatted for the printer [X]
but that printer isn't available. do you want to print
to the default printer [Y]?"
When I open the label (report) in Access, it gives me the
same message. I would like to know if I click YES and
choose my default printer [Y], will he gets the error
message when he prints the label with his printer [X] ?
If yes, what is the best solution ?
Thanks
