Label Printing Problem on 2 printers

I am trying to print sheets of 10 99.1mm x 57mm labels in landscape.
On my printer Deskjet 970 cxi I can print 2 rows of 5 labels but the last
few mm on the right hand side is missing.
Someone else is trying to print the same labels from a copy of the database
on an Epsom c1100 laser printer (I think she called it an accu-laser
printer??). She is printing the whole of the top row of 5 labels including
the right hand edge but is not getting the bottom row.

As soon as we try to change anything in the page setup at her end the labels
go completely mad and then she can't change it back.

Any ideas how I can put this right?

This has to do with minimum margins inherent to the printers.
If you have to design a report across printer platforms, you should select
the "larger" minimum margins for your report.

I don't know what you mean by "...the "larger" minimum margins for your
report."
Is this a setting in the report page setup or a general Access setting?
Could you explain further?

If you design a report to be used on different computers and with different
printers, the margins of the report should not be smaller than the largest
minimum margin for both printers.

You have 2 printers, each has its minimum margins.
You take the largest of each printer's left margin and make that the left
margin of your report.
Similar for the other 3.
