I have created a 3X5 label within Access for the shipping department.
Unfortunately, access seems to think that it is printing to a normal 8.5 x 11
page. I can not seem to find anyway to change this.

What I need is for a continous feed 3X5 label to be printed.

Thanks,
Jon Digman

Did you remove page headers and footers?
Is the size of your details section exactly the size of your label?
Is the page set at the same size? (height is 5 + gap between labels)
Have you selected the same printer as used in the shipping department?
Is that the default printer?
Did you set the paper size at the custom format they are using?
Did you set continuous paper?

Thank you for the prompt reply...
The paper size at the custom format is probably the problem. I have already
verified all of the others, and that was set at "letter" which happens to be
the size between the labels. I have created the custom format, but for some
reason the printer will not accept it. I have updated the driver to the
latest available. The printer is an Epson LQ-2170.

Maybe margin settings?
