I have a report that has 3 parameters (office, year, month) that are
displayed on the report. At the end of the report there is a label that
provides the title of the summary section. I would like to have the label
not only say "Provisions Outcome Summary" but also to include the office,
year, and month as part of it. I am not getting it figured out. Does anyone
have any suggestions? Thanks for any assistance.

In an unbound text box just put something like...

= "Provisions Outcome Summary " & [Office] & " " & [Year] ...

Note that year and month are reserved words. I'm hoping that you do not
have fields that are named "Year" or "Month".

Rick B, it worked like a charm. I don't have any fields by the names you
mentioned.
