R roundabout Jul 19, 2006 #2 Right Click the Chart Choose "Source Data" then choose the "Series" tab Highlight the X values in the "Series" box on the left hand side Then change the "Category (X) axis labels:" to the source of your new labels from the third column of data Hope this helps Lee
