I am trying to print labels in Microsoft Access. The
labels are set up correctly but it does not automatically
exclude blank lines when printing so there are spaces
where some addresses don't have P.O. Boxes on the second
address line. It used to automatically format the address
to print on three lines if there wasn't a fourth line
available. Now it has a stupid looking space on the third
line between the street address and the city, state and
zip. I am aggravated.

In the label report, did you set the "Can Shrink" property of the text
boxes to Yes? If so, check for anything else on that line of controls
that can't shrink.
