I have Outlook Professional 2003. The label color feature has never worked.
Any tips on how to get them working???

While using Day/Week/Month, I right-click the entry and choose the color...
but it doesn't add the color. I used this feature on my previous computers
with no issues.

Exactly what doesn't work? Are you using the Day/Week/Month view?

It should work there too. If you open the appointment is the proper label
set? Did you try resetting the view?
