Hi,
Thank You to Microsoft for posting Guided Help articles on the KB pages. I
was in a situation yesterday at a customer site where a couple of these
articles fixed the problem correctly with no intervention. Very cool! You
saved me time and my customer saved $$.
One small note is a broken link in one of the articles:
shttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357/ has a link that should point to the
download for the .exe file but instead points back at the same article. In
this case I was able to figure out the correct download location by using the
link in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811259/en-us and substituting 299357
in the link http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=aw;en-us;811259&eula=1
It would be nice to see that fixed.
Seems like many of the Guided Help articles come up with a search on Guided
Help, but that list includes other results. Is there a better search?
