Be aware that KPF 2.15 does not run on my w2ksp4 machine.
It gives an IRQL greater that or equal BSOD

I am using both on two computers and have no such problem. You have some
other conflict going on.

It worked fine for a long time here... never one problem...

I think you should make sure you have the latest WHQL-certified drivers
for your hardware.

Is that with sp4?

Yep, Win2k, Sp4 with all updates. I only ran it for about a week, but
had no problems. I preferred Kerio and so went back to it...

I did initially try it without uninstalling Kerio first (just stopped it
from starting) and got a BSOD. But as soon as I completely removed all
other firewalls (uninstalled them), then installed Outpost 1.0, it
worked fine.

Are you running EnterNet 300 DSL client? If so, this can conflict
with Kerio, although it doesn't BSOD - Kerio just bombs out on
startup. There is a simple fix, just a change on the EnterNet side -
go to Settings, Advanced Settings, change "Network Access" from
"Filter Driver" to "Protocol Driver".

If you're not running EnterNet, you have some other problem. I've
been running KPF V2.1.5 for months on Windows 2000 with SP4.
