The site in question requires an ActiveX control to view information in that
large box on the bottom. Did you get an offer to install such a control?
What version of IE and Windows are you running? Do you have ActiveX
disabled in your security settings in IE?

Yes i have downloaded the active x program and it is installed and working
however the text is never in korean text it always uses the standard english
an i see no way to get it to display in korean.

I was going to reply with essentially the same issue. I'm not going to
install the ActiveX control on *that* site just to check it out, but I would
assume it looks at the language setting of the system it's install on and
displays said language in that box at the bottom of the page.
