KODAL DX490 DIGITAL CAMERA AND DOCK

Have just bought these. The camera is great but cannot
transfer pics either from the camera or the dock to the
pc. Software is current and installed correctly, USB
connection appears ok. Anyone else had problems with this
model?
 
Have spent the last several hours doing just that! There
is not one that works for me......
