kodak easyshare compatibility

i was told that i need to get administrator privileges
from windows xp to run my kodak easyshare program...what
is that and how do i do that

Not used that program, but you can change the Account Type to "Administrator" (if it is set to "Limited") using Control Panel, User Accounts.

Everyone who uses my computer uses Kodak Easyshare and I'm the only one with
administrator privileges.
 
Sounds like you either need to log on with the "Administrator" account, if you have one or edit your user account to indicate you have administrator privileges.
