Kodak Easy Share opens automatically

My Kodak Easy Share 4.0 opens automatically w/Windows XP. (It appears in the
system tray at the bottom right on the screen. ) Taking up way too much CPU
space & making my computer run too slowly. I cannot figure out how to set
the preferences so that it only opens when I need it. Can anyone help???

EasyShare starts from a shortcut in the startup folder. ( Start> All
Programs> Startup ) Move or delete the shortcut.
