Does anyone else have this problem?
The yellow (1st color) ribbon wrinkles in two or more places on the
top edge of the print, leaving crack looking lines about 1 inch long
into the top edge of the print. The lines are a light blue color.
this happens on most, but not all prints.
Kodak orignally told be it must be a bad ribbon, but it happens with
all color ribbons regardless of matte or gloss and from different
batch numbers. Kodak charged be for a cleaning when I sent it to
them, but it still happens. Kodak then changed out the printer and
the new one does the same thing. I have cleaned the head with eclipse
solution and Pec pads and cheaned the sesor eye. Nothing helps.
