Can any one tell me what is the default place of Nerocheck.exe file.
In my PC (Windows XP Service Pack2) it is in C:\Windows\System32\Nerocheck.exe.
is there any danger to my PC.

I would say that is fine in Systems 32 folder. But it might be worth checking on googling to see if you can gat anymore infor up on it.
