ACC2000: Error Message: "Visual Basic for Applications
Project in This Database Is Corrupt"

This is an error message i get, when trying to edit and
type in my Db. I can not do anything without this message
appearing, and the access stops responding.

The symptoms are the same as described in the article
248960, http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=kb;en-us;248960

I have tried the resolution described in the article, but
this doesnt seem to work for me. I can't open the forms
and tables in the new Db. I get another error message
about the query needing at least one field of
destination, whatever that means.

Is there any other solutions to the problem?

I hope someone out there is able to help me through this
problem that appears to be know within the usage of
access 2k, which i use.

Kind regards,
Jakob

You could try creating a new, empty database and using Get External Data to
import the tables, queries, and macros.

If you can't open the Forms, and Reports in the old database, you can expect
to have to recreate them, or import them from a backup copy you made before
the VBA project was corrupted. If you can open them in design view, try
using SaveAsText and then LoadFromText in the new database.

But, a question, is your copy of Access 2000 updated with all three Service
Packs? Do that first... it may not save you having to recreate forms,
reports, and modules on _this_ database, but could save you some problems in
other areas.
