Try scanning the unit for malware components, which may be causing the problem. SpyBot S&D searches your harddisk for Spyware and Adware

i am using win98 se and ie6.0 sp1
If your problem is "Cannot open new IE window by clicking a link", turn off
all the pop-up killers and disable third-party browser extensions. If this
does not help, post the exact OS you are using.
