know about 128 encyption?

the download that is available on the micorsoft website
(128 bit encryption pack)will not download onto windows
2000 for some stupid reason.
please let me know where to get the appropriate download.

Try the link below, though you should be using at least Service Pack3 by now
which has it built in. --- Steve
