KMS for Vista Best Practice question

We're getting ready to install KMS in our domain and was interested in how
others are starting to implement it. My initial concern is the 25-machine
starting figure. I've got about 15 now setup in the IT group as test machines
with our MAK keys. I'm guessing, KMS won't be of real use until I actually
start rolling out some machines in earnest. In other words, having 20
machines of Vista Business rolled out wouldn't be a good idea with KMS. I'm
interested in what other users out there are doing.

Convert them to KMS...then you only have to deploy 10...you have 30 days to
get up to 25 with KMS.
