Sorry about that. I am seeing the same thing but it will
not let me boot in safe mode and my system keeps crashing
and rebooting. (I am worm free)

Hi Garfield

- First, please make sure that all your Hardware is working properly. Use
"Memtest86" to check your RAM (www.memtest86.com - Freeware!). If errors
occure try changing Slots and/or only using one DIMM.

- Boot for once with no USB/FireWire/etc Devices installed. (ie Printer,
etc)

- Try as well to load the "Last Known Good configuration" at Startup and see
if it works.

Read those MS KB-Articles which can help you to solve your Problem:

- "You Receive a "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" Error Message":

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=818194

- "How to Troubleshoot a STOP 0x0000001E KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED Error
Message":

Win32k.sys":

Hope this helps. Regards,

Fabio
