Klez.32 HELP-Urgent

Hi,
I detected Klez.e virus on my computer with Norton Antivirus program.
However I cannot delete the file as the "access is denied". I tried to
change the attributes of the file and folder but the message was same
"access is denied" because the file is in use.
Please help me how to delete this harmful virus.

Try deleting it in Safe Mode.

Try cancelling/disabling System Restore as well, should you be running
one of the OS's that has it.

Turn it back on when NAV has done its 'thing'.

What OS? What folder? What file? Can you do it in DOS?
Do you have a clean backup of that file?
