Help,

AVG just found this trojan, but can't get rid of it.
Suggestions please.

Hi all,

Just found the meaning behind the file.
It is used to remove a passowrd from the CMOS. The computer has just
been in for a service, so the support tech must have used it to remove
the CMOS password.

All OK

Hi
Have look at http://www.utilitygeek.com/details.php?fileid=82
"If you're running anti-virus software, it may detect a Trojan virus in
the killcmos file. This is a mistake. There is NO virus in this file.
Why did I put this here? Because I'm tired of explaining this to people
who e-mail me!"

my antivirus just found it too
