Today, one of my home PC's was infected with w32.spybot.worm and after 30
mins and using Norton's website and the software I removed the virus. It was
designed to steal bank details. Watch out for this one, it is nasty.

The time is now, for the Government to view virus writing as a serious
criminal matter.

What planet do you live on? At least in the US, computer crime is
considered a serious matter, especially where bank theft and fraud are
involved. You see, the problem is *catching* the person(s) responsible
for the crime(s). Those who author malware for the purpose of illegally
gathering personal data for purposes of fraud and theft don't exactly
advertise themselves to law enforcement.
