Kill.exe

I have the kill.exe running in my Task Manager and using more than 90% of the
CPU. This process (KILL.exe) is running for more than 40 minutes and If I
delete I think I can lose some data.
Do you know how this precess could be running? Do you know guys If I can
kill without problem?

This is the question. Which aplication starts this process kill.exe? I have
tried to figure out by Performance but I couldn't.
 
Nothing normally. Sounds like malware at work.

Okay. Do you mean: Some application has been created with problems? Do you
know how discovery wich system or application could be calling the kill.exe
process?

Unhappyly , I can install this aplication in my server but thank you very
