Does anyone happen to know what the keystroke is to insert the text: The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy fox. ? thanks

type: =rand(x,y)

where:

x = number of paragraphs you want
y = number of sentences in each paragraph

To insert the text you can type

=rand(1,200)

You change the amount of text by changing the numbers
