Keystroke to Launch Animation?

Does anyone know a way to use the keyboard to launch an animation?

I have a game board with five possible answers. I'd like to use the F1 or 1 key to reveal answer number 1, and so on.

I don't know Visual Basic, so that's not an option for me. The way it is now, I have to use the mouse to click the appropriate area of the screen. It's kind of obvious.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PowerPoint can not do this natively, however there is an add-in that will
enable this sort of behavior.
